We produce continuous custom rubber extrusions with a maximum cross sectional area of 15", working with material with a durometer range from 30 to 90shoreA. In addition, we can meet tolerances to +/- 0.001". The minimum production batch size for our custom rubber extrusions is 500 lbs. Our screw extrusion process allows us to manufacture a vast range of products. Just a few examples include door & window seals, spliced gaskets, tubing, angles, component parts, sealants, and edgings, in profile, rod, shape and sheet forms. With extensive experience, our extrusion technicians can produce extrusions with intricate features such as multiple cavities and thin wall design.
