Rubber Extrusion Tooling

Meeting our customers' needs for unique and custom end products, D.S. Brown offers extrusion and mold tool and die design services. Designing and producing custom tooling for extrusion profiles and custom dies for compression molding, we are able to meet any fixturing needs you may have. Our wire EDM and sinker EDM capabilities are supported by our experience in CAD modeling (both 2-D and 3-D), design, and engineering. We offer prototyping, as well as inspection, testing, technical support, and tool history documentation.

Depending on your needs, we can manufacture our tooling, dies, and fixtures from a variety of materials: aluminum, copper, stainless steel, CRS, and others. Our capabilities allow us to manufacture tooling with a maximum length of 80", a maximum width of 70", and a maximum height of 27".
