Featuring extensive experience and an unusually wide range of machinery, D.S. Brown provides rubber compression and transfer molding services to meet your production needs. To facilitate varying demands and a broad range of requirements, we utilize presses with clamping forces between 50 tons and 3,000 tons, capable of handling load sizes from 2 g up to 2,500 lbs. Parts are produced in sizes up to 70" x 80" x 27". In addition, we can use molds with up to 1,000 cavities. The main materials that we work with for rubber compression and transfer molding are organic rubbers and silicone, and some typical parts that we produce include consumer products, commercial products, vibration dampeners, grommets, solar energy components, window components, and appliance components. We work in a variety of configurations: large components, small and miniature parts, and multi-component pieces.
